So many employers spend a good part of their professional careers looking for people who are passionate, dedicated, people who pay enough attention to know where the dirt is but don't use it; people whose jobs get them up in the morning; people who ponder the business while taking showers.

A greater share, though, have people like that working for them already, but don't know it, or aren't fully cognizant when it really matters.

I need another job.
